Minstrel: Strolls around expensive restaurants playing the guitar for diners.
Waiters and waitresses: Serve food in Downtown restaurants.
They can be married and made playable, but beware the Urban Renewal Loop.
Townies: Non-playable residents of Downtown.
Miss Crumplebottom: This old woman will poke and smack Sims with her purse when they perform romantic interactions in Downtown.
Downtown: Sims can travel there via Taxicab either alone, or with a date.
